Evidence-based, community-led programs that transform lives and build resilient communities across Belize.
G.O.E. delivers six interconnected, evidence-based programs designed to meet young people and families where they are—addressing violence prevention, youth development, family support, and community resilience.
Community safety, conflict mediation, and violence prevention through street-level engagement.
One-on-one mentoring, academic strengthening, and leadership development.
Comprehensive home assessments and tailored family support plans.
School supplies, uniforms, fees, and academic advocacy to keep students on track.
Community currency rewarding youth achievement and building economic literacy.
Interactive workshops, peer mediation, and restorative circles breaking cycles of violence.
These six programs work together as an integrated system. Young people and families don't experience challenges in isolation—neither should our solutions. A youth in the Foot Soldiers program might receive mentorship through Youth Support Services, while their family gets support through Family Case Management. A student struggling academically gets help through School Assistance while building conflict resolution skills in the Alternative to Violence Program.
This integrated approach means every young person and family receives holistic support tailored to their unique needs and strengths. Real transformation happens when we address multiple dimensions of a young person's life simultaneously.
Every donation directly funds these evidence-based programs that save lives and build resilience. Your support makes this integrated work possible.
