Our Integrated Approach

These six programs work together as an integrated system. Young people and families don't experience challenges in isolation—neither should our solutions. A youth in the Foot Soldiers program might receive mentorship through Youth Support Services, while their family gets support through Family Case Management. A student struggling academically gets help through School Assistance while building conflict resolution skills in the Alternative to Violence Program.

This integrated approach means every young person and family receives holistic support tailored to their unique needs and strengths. Real transformation happens when we address multiple dimensions of a young person's life simultaneously.
